Mr Chan is a civil engineer with 34 years of experience. He was Head of Facility, Engineering Division of Pengurusan LRT, Kuala Lumpur prior to joining the Company in 1995. He is presently Managing Director of Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd. He has extensive experience in managing the construction of highways, airports and water supply schemes in Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Middle East and India. He was also involved in Electrified Double Track Project (EDTP) from Ipoh to Padang Besar and the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (Sungai Buloh – Kajang Line) (KVMRT, SBK Line).

En. Sazally Saidi graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Civil Engineering from the University of Aberdeen in England, and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the MARA University of Technology in Malaysia.
Besides in-depth experience in the setting up and management of the operations and maintenance of urban highways, he is also well-versed in various aspects of infrastructure development including consultancy and site supervision, design and project management.
In view of his extensive experience in infrastructure concessions, he was elected as the Vice President for Persatuan Syarikat-Syarikat Konsesi Lebuhraya Malaysia (PSKLM).
En. Sazally is responsible for the overall business performance of the LITRAK Group of Companies, namely Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn Bhd (LITRAK) – the concessionaire for the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), and Sistem Penyuraian Trafik KL Barat Sdn Bhd – the concessionaire for the Western Kuala Lumpur Traffic Dispersal Scheme (SPRINT).

Mr. Khor Thiam Chay holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Malaya in Malaysia and a Master of Science (Water Engineering) from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.
He is a Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia and a Member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
Mr. Khor has more than 30 years’ experience in the water supply industry. He played a crucial role in the start-up of the water division in Gamuda, as well as the operations and management of water-related infrastructure, such as the water treatment plants in Sungai Selangor Water Supply Scheme Phase 1 (SSP1) and Phase 3 (SSP3) and the Sungai Selangor Dam.
He also plays a significant role in the overall management of Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (SPLASH), the concessionaire for SSP1 and SSP3.
With substantial hands-on experience in water supply within the public and private sectors, he possesses valuable in-depth knowledge of the water supply business from both perspectives.
Mr. Khor is responsible for the implementation of the Yen So Sewage Treatment Plant and civil infrastructure in Gamuda City in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Ngan Chee Meng holds an accounting degree from the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Prior to joining Gamuda Berhad, he was a Senior Consultant (Recovery) of Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), Group Accountant of Building Material Division of Hong Leong Industries Berhad, Finance Manager of Hicom-Gamuda Development Sdn Bhd and Senior Finance Manager of SPRINT Highway concessionaire. Mr. Ngan was previously the Group Financial Controller of the Property Development Division of Gamuda Berhad known as Gamuda Land.
Finance Management & Accounting
Mr Soo is a Chartered Accountant. He was attached to a major accounting firm in Malaysia prior to joining the Company in 1996. He has vast experience in accounting, audit, finance, treasury and budgetary control and presently heads the Company’s Financial Management and Accounting Department.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Mr. Clarence Gerard Boudville graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Durham, England, subsequent to obtaining his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Civil Engineering from Middlesex University, England. He was Head of Investor Relations at Road Builder (M) Holdings Bhd since 2000.
Following the acquisition of Road Builder by IJM Corporation Berhad in early 2007, he was re-designated as General Manager, Investor Relations, at IJM Corporation Berhad till May 2007.
At Gamuda, Mr. Boudville is responsible for all investor relations (IR) activities, which includes implementing an effective and comprehensive IR policy and programme aimed at building quality relationships with the broad investment community, as well as to provide a high level of accessibility to senior management on investor relations matters.
Human Resources & Administration
Mr. Lai Tak Ming graduated with a Masters in Business Administration in Human Resource Development from The University of Hull in United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Education from University of Malaya. Prior to joining Gamuda, he was the Head of Human Resources in UOB Malaysia and the Chief Operating Officer of the Human Dynamic Group, a regional people management consultancy. He has extensive experience in human resource management, as well as global HR practices. He is also a well-regarded speaker, trainer and learning facilitator across the region. He is a Certified Master Performance Coach conferred via the Open University Malaysia.
At Gamuda, he is responsible for the group's strategic human resource direction in developing human capital sustainability and a culture of leadership excellence for Gamuda to become the industry’s employer of choice. He drives all areas of human resource management and organisational development including the formulation of human resource policies and procedures to support the Group's expansion plan. He also oversees the Administration Department to ensure the efficient running of the general and corporate offices to support the Group's operations and key strategic initiatives.
