Technical Supervisory Development
We believe that the key to enable our employees to uncover their full potential is through the acquisition of the right technical and functional competencies.
Building upon this central idea, Gamuda developed the Technical Supervisory Development programme, created from the vast foundation of knowledge and experience gathered from our team of qualified trainers.
In an effort to further enhance the quality and efficiency of our construction operations unit, our Construction Training Committee, comprising senior line managers, has facilitated the creation of a series of comprehensive technical training modules targeted at all levels of engineers, supervisors and surveyors.
Incorporated as part of the promotion evaluation protocol, each construction employee is required to pass the pre-requisite core modules before being considered for a more senior position.
