Gamuda Learning Centre (GLC) is an extension of our continuous learning ethos where employees are guided by career advice and exposed to a variety of training modules with the ultimate objective of enhancing work efficiency and productivity while inculcating personal growth.
Established since 1995, GLC has invested over RM15 million in staff training with more than 1,700 training sessions conducted for over 15,000 participants.On average, GLC runs 84 training sessions each year amounting to approximately 150 training days annually.
These training sessions include in-house and external courses covering Management and Leadership; Personal Development; Business Communication; Contract Administration; Finance; Information Technology Applications; Quality, Safety, Health & Environment-related and many more.
