Mr. Steven Chu Chee Kwang graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Property and also holds a Diploma in Civil Architecture.

He has over 25 years of experience in the property industry. Prior to joining Gamuda, he was a Project Manager in Renong Berhad, Senior Vice President in MBF Property Services Sdn Bhd, General Manager of Anitra Group of Companies and General Manager of Aseania Development Sdn Bhd.

Mr. Steven Chu is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Gamuda Land and is overseeing the operations and management of Gamuda Land, namely Hicom-Gamuda Development Sdn Bhd (the developer of Kota Kemuning), Harum Intisari Sdn Bhd (the developer of Bandar Botanic), Valencia Development Sdn Bhd (the developer of Valencia) as well as the new residential development in Johor.
