Mr. Khor Thiam Chay holds a B. Eng. Civil and M. Sc. Water Engineering. He is a Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia and also a Member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia.

Mr. Khor has over 25 years of experience in the water industry. He is currently in charge of the O&M of the Sungai Selangor Water Supply Scheme Phase 1 (SSP1) and SSP3 treatment plants and the SSP3 dam. He assists the Executive Director in the overall management of the concession company, SPLASH.
