En. Jamaludin Sulaiman is a B. Sc. Civil Honours graduate from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom.

He has been in the construction industry for over two decades. Having joined Gamuda in 1988, En. Jamaludin was the Project Manager for the construction of the 24km Kg. Atom-Kerabit, Lipis and the 22km Simpang Pulai-Post Slim road projects. He was also the Section Head for Package A of the 34.5km, six-lane Shah Alam Expressway where he managed earthworks, reinforced earthworks and rubble pitching walls. His other contributions to the Group include the construction of the 40km Damansara-Puchong Highway, the Western KL Traffic Dispersal Scheme, the Sungai Selangor Water Supply Scheme Phase 3 Project and the Stormwater Management And Road Tunnel (SMART).
