The Gamuda Learning Centre
manages more than 60 different in-house
training courses each calendar year. Our
development programmes address the personal
and professional challenges staff face
throughout their career. These courses
focus on increasing self-awareness and
the ability to effectively deal with the
changing demands of internal and external
environments. |

Facilitated by using 'Adult Learning'
approaches, staff can assess themselves and
gain the required knowledge, skills and values
in self-management, interacting and leading
people. Supervisory, communication, management
and leadership competencies are also emphasised
to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
