Mr Saw Wah Theng

Mr Saw Wah Theng is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England and Wales) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He has extensive working experience in accounting, finance and corporate finance.

He was attached to an accounting firm in UK from 1981-1985. Prior to joining the Gamuda Group, he was the Group Financial Controller of Hong Leong Industries Berhad.

He is presently responsible for the Group's budgetary control, treasury, tax and corporate finance including mergers and corporate restructuring exercises.

Mr Saw Wah Theng was appointed to the Board of Gamuda on 1 February 1998.

His directorships in other public companies are with Lingkaran Trans Kota Holdings Berhad, Kesas Holdings Berhad and Danau Permai Resort Berhad (Alternate Director).
