Mr. Chin Foo Thow holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Building from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, United Kingdom and also a member of the Institute of Surveyors, Malaysia.

He has more than 23 years of experience in property development and project management and 7 years in quantity surveyors consultancy services.

Presently, he is the Senior General Manager of Business Development, Gamuda Land (Township Development Division of Gamuda Berhad) and responsible in leading the business development unit in identifying, evaluating, negotiating and concluding new business opportunities in both domestic and regional arena.

Mr. Chin was appointed as Director of Harum Intisari Sdn Bhd, the developer of Bandar Botanic Township, in 2001. He also serves as a member of the Employees’ Share Option Scheme Committee.
