En. Sazally Saidi graduated with B. Sc. (Hons) in Civil Engineering from University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from MARA University of Technology, Malaysia.

He possesses in-depth experiences in the setting up and management of operations and maintenance of urban highways, project management, consultancy and site supervisions, and design experiences on structural and civil projects.

Currently, he is responsible in the overall business performances of the LITRAK Group of Companies, namely Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn Bhd (LITRAK), the concessionaire for Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), and Sistem Penyuraian Trafik KL Barat Sdn Bhd (SPRINT), the concession company for Western Kuala Lumpur Traffic Dispersal Scheme (SPRINT).
