A chartered accountant, Mr Saw has been on the Board since 1 February 1998.

As head of the finance function, Mr Saw is responsible for the Group’s budgetary control, treasury, tax and corporate finance including mergers and corporate restructuring

exercises. He has extensive working experience in accounting, finance and corporate finance gained while he was attached to accounting and auditing firms in the United Kingdom and Malaysia, and as the Group Financial Controller of Hong Leong Industries Berhad, prior to joining the Gamuda Group.

Mr Saw was admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England and Wales) in 1985 and he is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
